Our clients loved their home and especially their neighbourhood, but their previous layout was no longer working for their busy families needs.

The clients gave up their formal living room so that the dining room could be at the front of the home. The kitchen was then enlarged to encompass the original dining space and the original kitchen. The entire rear of this home became a kitchen that flowed

seamlessly into the family room. The new island not only serves as a functional workspace now but anchors the entire space.
