Project Overview: These client enlisted Concord Homes to create their dream home with a breathtaking view, perched atop a limestone rock cliff. Steep terrain presented challenges, but Concord Homes found creative ways to efficiently move trusses and framing materials.  This home has multiple rooms with stunning architectural features from the tray ceiling in the primary bedroom to the floating curved staircase.  But the real showstopper is the lacunar ceiling, which means curved barrel ceiling with coffered ceiling detail that is divided into a grid of recessed square panels.
