Project Overview: After tearing down an existing wartime home, Concord Homes created this modern, contemporary home. Collaborating with the homeowner, we created anything BUT a builder’s basic home! An expansive and airy main living space with so much light throughout lends itself to the black aesthetics of this home. Our client was fearless in her design choices showing how a dark and moody design can create a sophisticated and functional style. Black will always stand the test of time and our homeowner displayed this with her bold, sleek, and eye-catching décor, featuring accent colors of white, gold, orange, and pink. Custom wallpaper choices in the dining room, primary bedroom, and the sitting area at the top of the stairs, set the tone for excellent contrast.
